Good product
Product meets my expectations. I can switch from my personal computer to my business computer easily. The only negative point is the rather noisy beep at each switch, maybe there is a way to deactivate it...

Product meets my expectations. I can switch from my personal computer to my business computer easily. The only negative point is the rather noisy beep at each switch, maybe there is a way to deactivate it...
Purchased to be able to switch between my personal office PC and my professional laptop that I plug and unplug regularly (telecommuting)
1st configuration tested :
- Personal desktop PC plugged in with all cables supplied
- Professional laptop plugged in: Same as above
Disadvantage: You have to plug and unplug all the cables of the professional laptop each time.
2nd configuration tested:
- Personal desktop PC connected: same as configuration 1
- Pro laptop plugged in: all cables, including the power supply, are plugged into a Dell DA300 6-in-1 USB-C adapter. So there is only one cable to plug into the laptop each time.
Disadvantage: none
However, my Klim Dash RGB keyboard is not recognised in Windows, nor Pop!_OS when plugged into the switch's keyboard input with the "Hot Key" function activated (function that allows the use of keyboard shortcuts) but keyboard recognised on the non-dedicated USB port.
Disadvantages: control of the KVM switch via the keyboard is no longer possible if plugged into a non-dedicated USB port and the keyboard is no longer powered each time it is swapped, so it has to be unplugged and replugged.
Problem solved by disabling the "Hot Key" function on the switch! \o/
Note that a "basic" keyboard works perfectly on the dedicated USB port (tested).
I will plug in the remote box that allows to switch between PCs to compensate for the loss of the "Hot Key" function.
Last point: the beep emitted at each action can be disabled, except when the device is powered on.
Conclusion: well thought out KVM switch functionality, very good execution, very satisfied.
