    Good product but complicated to install

    The product is of good quality but installation is rather complicated. I went back to the shop twice only to find out that my mouse is not compatible with the box.
    There's no manual in the box, or the sales staff don't provide one, which is a real shame!

    When I installed this switch, I had a few knocks when plugging in certain wires.
    Also, with no user manual (or perhaps on the mini-disk that I can't read), I found myself with keyboard shortcuts (CTRL+SHIFT+C or CTRL+SHIFT+N) that were unusable because they were dedicated to the switch and couldn't be changed.

    My wife got a laptop to telework from home... Ok, we don't care, but adding a laptop on the desk when you already have a desktop, a screen, a keyboard, a mouse...     Finally, a very disappointing product

    This product has worked for a few months. For a few weeks now, my headphones have been disconnecting regularly, and I'm getting juice hits when I touch the metal case of the product.
    This is a good sign of future short circuit risk, I don't want to risk burning my peripherals, which work fine when connected live!

    Good tool at first sight. But...

    The installation of the product is very simple, no need for a user manual, nothing to configure or fiddle with: it works straight away. Just the beep that announces that you are changing computers is a bit too loud, especially when the other computer is on standby.
