    Disappointed: no screen

The product works perfectly for the mouse and keyboard. However, the screen is hopelessly black. Is this due to its age and the fact that it only supports DVI and VGA? I don't think so: with a DisplayPortDVI cable between the PC and the screen, it works; whereas if I put the same cable between the ATEN and the screen and a full DisplayPort cable between the PC and the ATEN, nothing.
