You are right, I’ve got my product at home and have something to share.
Generally, the organization of purchase and delivery process was fine, I liked it, although it took a little longer to receive it in Ukraine. After about three weeks of waiting, I was very glad to see a big black box :) with Newline logo on my table.
But just right after unpacking and first turning it on, my joy quickly disappeared due to the presence of dead pixels (10-14 in total) in various areas of the screen.
I contacted your support about this issue plus Newline directly, as advised, and now waiting for a loyal solution from LDLC. All the details of the flaws were provided to your support team.
I like the product and the conditions of purchase in your store (fast order processing, delivery, response of your support team etc.), but also I want to have and use my new monitor in normal condition, without any flaws, enjoying its advantages.
