the product itself has a few faults, the screen shakes 2 days after unpacking, how long will it last?
As far as LDLC is concerned, the invoice was made out in the customer's name, whereas the order was placed by a company.
Can you change the invoice to the company's name?
No, you can't change the invoice.
OK, then can you issue a credit note and reissue the invoice?

Lightweight, top screen, easy to install, top wifi, top features (Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney+, TV via ISP, applications (YouTube, etc.), etc.).
You'll need a sound bar or something else (the monitor's audio isn't great).
This screen totally meets my needs and the price is very attractive. In my bedroom, I use it to watch my favourite TV series in the evening before going to bed on streaming platforms. With this new screen size, videos are more comfortable to watch and the interface is very fluid. I'm waiting a while before buying the Samsung soundbar in the LDLC Saint-Priest shop for a better audiovisual experience. I totally recommend this product.
Great value for money, I highly recommend this item, the only downside is the very high energy consumption.
It takes a while to get used to the size of the screen, but it's great for multitasking and comparing, and especially useful for large Excel files.
The smart side is also good, just like a smart TV.
