I ordered 2 and returned them immediately.
You need a remote control to turn them on. You have to charge the remote to use it (the remote is half charged when the screen arrives).
When you turn on the screen, it's the same menu as a regular Samsung TV.
As for contrast and brightness, I don't recommend it either. The basic settings are unpleasant to the eye.
The panel is very good quality as is often the case with Samsung
The integration of applications for more services is interesting but in practice very little used if you have a TV box or a PC; in the end, they are used if no PC connected (laptop elsewhere) or TV busy. I understand that it can be useful and profitable in some specific cases: you can imagine using it as a main quality screen without a TV box or even without an internet box, with a Samsung phone and a 4g/5g connection sharing plan, as a secondary screen for limited space...
Very practical for a laptop, as in a telecommuting context, it is the integrated USB-C hub! We mainly use this screen with the computer closed under the desk for a small telecommuting office
