A very warm welcome and good advice from the sales assistant. I would recommend the Ldlc shop in Montauban. I am satisfied with my Philips Osyssey screen.
A 2.5K screen for just over 200€ is worth a look, especially if the manufacturer is Samsung.
However, there's a problem with DisplayPort (1.4): access to the BIOS and dual boot doesn't appear....
So you can't choose your system or set the machine's BIOS.
So you have to switch to HDMI 2.1 and then everything works, but there's no longer 165 Mhz and there's 'only' 144 Mhz.
On the other hand, HDR 400, very decent colours, basic but functional audio.
Coming from a much more upmarket ASUS 24", much older and more expensive at the time, I'm a little disappointed with the overall level of this screen, but that's a concession linked to the price.
So overall I'm satisfied with this screen, but there are still some stinging details.
For the price, if like me there are no dead pixels, it's still a good deal.
Edit: after updating the display's BIOS from version 1001 to version 1003, the problem described above with the DisplayPort has been solved and corrected. The frequency is now 180 Hz and, above all, the boot screen is now perfectly accessible.
Fast, careful delivery (double reinforced boxes) and top quality. Nothing to complain about, as usual :)
