Impeccable for the price.
I've only used the screen for 2 days so this review doesn't take into account any problems that might occur in the future, but for now the screen is very good, the 165hz doesn't ghost (at least not that I can see) and the controls are impeccable. The screen is 23.8 inches, so 1080p is pretty dense in terms of pixels per inch.
The screen doesn't get too hot with the basic options, which is a plus in these summer weather conditions (although I was using a 2008 screen that did get hot, so it's up to you).
I haven't tested the speakers much, but from what little I have, if that was all I had as an audio option I wouldn't have any complaints and they are acceptable for the price of the screen.
The only problem I've encountered is when my computer is in screen-off mode due to inactivity, when I move the mouse or press a key to turn it back on, the screen shows a buggy blur (see photo). However, this bug is easily fixed by restarting the screen, so it's not a problem, just an inconvenience.
All in all, for the time being, having only used the screen for 2 days, I'd recommend it to people on a budget who want more than 60hz. I'll update this review if any other problems arise in the future.
