With its sleek ZeroFrame design and proven performance, the Acer Nitro VG240YM3bmiipx gaming monitor is the perfect way to take your game to the next level. Discover a 24" IPS panel with ultra-fast response time, AMD FreeSync Premium technology, HDR10 certification and a 180 Hz refresh rate. All you need to do is adopt the right strategy to emerge victorious in the battles ahead!
The backlight refresh rate (the number of times per second that the backlight is switched on and off) on LCD screens can generate more or less perceptible flicker. Flicker Less technology reduces the flicker effect that sometimes occurs with prolonged use and prevents user eye fatigue.
Acer Bluelight Shield technology reduces the intensity of the icy white effect (bluish effect) caused by the white LED, by adapting the display settings via the OSD. This technology limits eye damage caused by long-term use.
AMD FreeSync Premium technology puts an end to jerky games and torn images, with smooth, artefact-free performance at virtually any frame rate. Experience the latest advancements in PC gaming performance. FreeSync Premium technology, available on a selection of AMD APUs and GPUs, solves communication problems between the processor and monitor, eliminating image tearing and jerking, for extremely smooth gameplay!
As well as the most pleasing Full HD resolution, this model has a refresh rate of 180 Hz. This reduces latency from one image to the next, giving gamers the chance to enhance their gaming experience. Images displayed are smoother, sharper and reality is at its best.

I would not recommend this screen because after 1 year of use the screen has started to display lines which makes it unusable.
I bought 3 of these screens during black friday, one of the screens started after 3 weeks to have horizontal lines that appeared making the image unreadable. It was a hardware fault, I can't tell you how difficult it was to return the screen, especially as the Acer return form in Belgium contains a hidden display none field which is compulsory, so it's impossible to fill it in without knowledge of html/css. 2 weeks to get my screen back, which they simply replaced.
And now I have a 2nd screen which is starting to have the same problem after 6 months. ?? In short, don't buy an Acer screen, it's a disaster. I've never had this kind of problem with any of my old screens from other brands.
You can see in the attached photos the problem with the lines.
very good value for money. A screen that does exactly what it's supposed to do. Top delivery?
Super good screen from the acer nitro range, great contrast and quality.
I'm buying a second one to complete my setup already equipped with the same screen.
I highly recommend it!
I bought this screen during Black Friday for 120 euros. For me, it's the first screen in this price range that's HDR compatible, and I have to say that the quality is impressive. I'm more than satisfied.
