I installed it in a QNAP 1-bay NAS for more multimedia-oriented use (direct download to NAS, broadcasting via SMB, DLNA, etc.), and it does the job with the expected performance.
I ordered 2 disks to replace (and increase the size of) the Raid 1 of my NAS.
Only 1 of the 2 disks purchased is detected (the other being out of order as soon as it was unpacked).
I've made a service request to LDLC (I hope for a standard replacement), but I wonder about the reliability of the brand... Is this an isolated case or not?
The delivery time is correct without more, on the other hand the packing of the parcels is a real problem with you that you don't seem to be interested in improving in spite of numerous negative opinions on this subject.
I have ordered hard drives with platters twice in a few months and each time I received them in a simple cardboard packaging without any protective bubbles around.
I think that you are losing people because of this problem and I am one of those customers who will buy elsewhere in the future and everyone knows that a customer who goes elsewhere tells others who will do the same thing.
