Not up to scratch!
I have serious doubts as to whether I have received a reconditioned product!
Quite dirty, the protective plastic seems to have been repositioned with varying degrees of skill.
No sticker on the box to prove that it had not been opened.
In short, I'm not happy with the reception of the product (and I'm not even talking about the delivery point).
Stream 100 plugged in, set up with Hercules software, everything works BUT the device is not recognised as a microphone by Windows, so it's impossible to select it in teams!!! although the aim was to be able to play with different sources during my videos...
I've contacted Hercules after-sales service by all possible means (chat, impossible because not online / Telephone: two-hour slot, all advisers are online, please call again / Mail, I'm still waiting for a reply...).
In short, very disappointed! (for the moment)
