    AV acquisition in black and white only

    After trying to digitise cassettes with two different VCRs, it only works in black and white, whereas VHS tapes are in colour when viewed on a TV.

    The composite + RCA socket doesn't work at all, with the video jumping around in B&W and colour artefacts. The only way to get stable B&W video was to use the S-Video socket.

    In the end, the product is unusable and it's better to invest a little more to get a better quality capture card.

    Poorly assembled scart plug that doesn't fit into the socket on my video recorder.
