Compatible with the DeckLink Quad model, which only had 4 channels, this card has 4 independent acquisition and playback channels, as well as 4 additional channels that developers can use to configure it according to their needs.
Each of the 8 3G-SDI BNC connectors on the DeckLink Quad 2 can therefore switch between SD and HD acquisition and playback up to 1080p60, and can also be used as independent channels.
