TheBlackmagic Web Presenter is a complete streaming solution that includes a hardware streaming engine to stream via Ethernet directly to YouTube, Facebook, Twitter or the platform of your choice! The Blackmagic Web Presenter 4K includes all the features of the Blackmagic Web Presenter HD. However, it has a more powerful codec for streaming in 720p, 1080p HD or 2160p full resolution Ultra HD. Similar to a modern broadcast TV transmitter, it will allow you to reach a new international audience through streaming. In addition, the USB connections work like a webcam, allowing you to connect to a computer using streaming software, such as Skype or Zoom. Thanks to the redundant connections, you can stream via Ethernet or use 4G or 5G mobile data from your mobile phone. The Web Presenter also includes a technical monitoring output displaying video, audio indicators, graphs to track trends and even SDI technical data.

Installation is easy, as the Web Presenter Utility software allows you to select the streaming platform and enter the stream key.
The Blackmagic Web Presenter is a stand-alone solution including a powerful hardware encoder, software to connect to streaming platforms and network connections. So you don't have to buy an expensive computer or use complicated streaming software. All you have to do is connect an SDI video source.
Stream remotely and share your 5G or 4G mobile data
If you're streaming remotely, or need a backup connection in addition to Ethernet, you can plug in an Apple or Android phone to connect to the internet via your mobile data. The USB connections are conveniently located on the front and rear panel for connecting your phone. In addition, the device is compatible with the latest 5G phones, as well as 4G! The Blackmagic Web Presenter will automatically detect when a phone is connected and switch the connection to it. You can choose which connection takes priority between Ethernet and your phone, allowing you to keep the backup mobile connection.
For added compatibility, the Blackmagic Web Presenter also has two USB connections that act as simple webcam sources. TheWeb Presenter also works with any video software, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Open Broadcaster and XSplit Broadcaster.
Integrated technical monitoring and Web Presenter Utility software
The Blackmagic Web Presenter includes a technical monitoring output. The monitoring output displays video, audio metrics with accurate ballistics, graphs of the latest codec bitrate and cache fill trends, and a summary of streaming settings and SDI technical information. In addition, the technical monitoring output operates at 1080 full HD and carries both SDI and HDMI signals. This means you can use an SDI switcher to monitor multiple devices, or connect a single HDMI TV.
With the Blackmagic Web Presenter Utility software, you have a single interface for managing multiple Web Presenters, as well as updating settings and software. Simply connect to the USB connection on the front of the Web Presenter or via Ethernet for remote configuration, which is important when managing multiple remote sites. The familiar design of the controls and menus means you can quickly set up a live event. Plus, the front panel LCD menus have the same settings and controls! The 12G-SDI supports HD 720, HD 1080 and Ultra HD!
The Blackmagic Web Presenter includes a 12G-SDI input that supports all HD and Ultra HD formats up to 2160p60. A12G-SDI loop-through output is included to loop video to multiple Web Presenters for streaming to different services. The Blackmagic Web Presenter includes Teranex conversion technology on the SDI input for incredibly clean video. The device receives an HD or Ultra HD signal and automatically converts it to a high-quality, low-bitrate 1080p HD signal. This signal is then sent to the H.264 hardware encoder for streaming, and to the computer when using the USB webcam outputs. So you can use any HD or Ultra HD source for streaming!
Redundant Features and Broadcast Links with the ATEM Streaming Bridge
Professional broadcasters love redundancy because it increases reliability. The Blackmagic Web Presenter includes redundant features to ensure you stay online. You have two Internet connections to connect to either via Ethernet or via 5G or 4G mobile data sharing. Plus, the Internet connection automatically switches over in the event of an outage! You can also use two different devices to stream to YouTube's primary and secondary servers. With AC and DC inputs, you can use a broadcast battery pack for redundant power. There are even menus and buttons on the front of the panel, plus the Blackmagic Web Presenter Utility software for control.
