    Lots of bugs

    I invested in this scanner to have easy access to my office to scan my documents. After two months of use, I've noticed a lot of bugs. Very regularly, papers get stuck. It takes an inordinate amount of time to unblock them, switch the scanner off and on again. The software is also very poorly designed. I had to find other independent software, because the basic software could never be installed with Windows 11. In short, for the price, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

    Beware, the connection cable (micro USB 3.0 type B) is not included! It's really petty of Brother to indulge in this kind of practice, especially for equipment in this price range -> - 1 star.
