TheEpson DS-730N is a compact, intuitive network scanner that speeds up workflows by allowing users to quickly scan and share documents over a network. Its high-capacity 100-sheet automatic document feeder and 40ppm/80ipm colour scanning speed at 200/300dpi enable instant sharing and storage of scanned files. The DS-730N professional scanner helps you improve your workflow and increase the productivity of your document processes and staff.
Efficient data management and high performance
In a limited workspace, it is important to reduce the number of dedicated devices. With a 1.44" colour LCD control panel, you can control the scanning of your documents, minimising misfiling. By programming different profiles, scanned documents are sent directly to the appropriate folders. Simply press a button on the scanner to scan to email, folder, FTP, SFTP, cloud services or Microsoft applications.
A 100-sheet automatic document feeder reduces user intervention, allowing you to scan high volumes of documents in one go. With high duplex scanning speeds of 40 ppm/80 ipm, you can scan batches of documents quickly and easily into a single file.
Powerful features and protection for important documents
Stay in control of your scanning with a range of intelligent products including ultrasonic sensors and advanced document protection. Slow scan mode controls the speed of document scanning to protect fragile documents without increasing file size. The double feed detection disable feature allows more delicate media, such as envelopes or documents with post-it notes stuck on them, to be scanned quickly and easily without being considered a misfeed.
With advanced document protection, double feed detection and streak detection,scan documents with care and accuracy from 27 to 413 gsm. The active document separation system and built-in sensors prevent double feeding of documents, ensuring all documents are scanned, preserving data integrity.
Fast scanning and Document Capture Pro Suite
Using WebConfig, you can create presets and assign them to any of the three Quick Send buttons, without the need for a computer or server. Multiple email addresses can be assigned to a single extension. Scan once and send to multiple contacts. You can register up to 300 contacts.
