    Professional scanner

I was looking for a flatbed and sheet-fed scanner. The choice is not very wide and this HP met my expectations perfectly. It takes up to 40 sheets, duplex and one pass! It doesn't turn the sheets over to do the reverse side. It scans the front and back at the same time!
It's very efficient, very fast. The only drawback is the software... The only downside is the software... I guess HP will never be able to make software that is intuitive, not memory intensive, ergonomic. But after a while, you get used to it.
It should be noted that the software is capable of recognising blank pages and preparing them for deletion before saving the documents. This is very appreciable.
I'm not talking about the zoom, which is such a nonsense. I have to play with the scrollbars to see the desired area.
I am very happy with my purchase, very happy with the hardware, not at all happy with the software, but it is HP...

Very different from a "printer" scanner

I have a scanner printer but for photo or text processing with illustrations, the resolution is insufficient. I have a scanner but for photo or text processing with illustrations, the resolution is not good enough, and this duplex version is much faster and the available settings much more accurate.
