TheEpson WorkForce ES-580W is an A4 document feeder scanner, ideal for small and medium-sized businesses, public services, banks and healthcare facilities. With high scanning speeds and fast data processing features, this scanner is ideal for facilitating document flow. In addition, the WorkForce ES-580W scanner features a beautiful 10.9 cm colour LCD touch screen, Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct connectivity, and a USB interface. With Document Capture (Mac) and Document Capture Pro (Windows), multiple users can automatically convert, sort and export scanned files to the cloud and other document management systems.
Speed and connectivity
This compact scanner offers scanning speeds of up to 35 ppm/70 ipm, even at 300 dpi in colour. Combined with hardware JPEG compression, it allows for faster processing of high-volume scan jobs.
With its touch screen you can scan directly to network and cloud folders, email addresses or a USB stick without a computer. Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, and USB interfaces allow you to easily connect to this scanner.
