As far as the durability of the card is concerned, I can't say much as I didn't use it for long.
The layout of the components is excellent, everything was very simple to wire with very little difficulty in cable management.
I have a slight problem with the mic jack: sometimes my mic doesn't work anymore and I have to disconnect/reconnect it. That said, I don't know if the motherboard is really the culprit, it's entirely possible (and even probable) that my case is responsible for this kind of false contact.
I take away a first star because the motherboard's ability to pick up Wi-Fi is poor. The signal strength is much weaker than with the little USB antennas you can get for £15.
I'm taking away a second star because the Frozr heatsink for M.2 SSDs is absolutely hellish to install. As soon as you put the SSD in, the holes are extremely difficult to align with the screw threads. I had to struggle with it for ten minutes and I'm not absolutely sure that the heatsink is installed correctly. I'm not convinced of the usefulness of the thing either.
The X570 is a very good motherboard, a bit expensive but the design and equipment are up to the mark: integrated WiFi and Bluetooth, a plethora of connectors, the m.2 SSD heatsink (mine never goes higher than 35°C even under full load), a pretty good BIOS, etc. I can only recommend it! I'm not sure if it's a good idea to update the BIOS right away (very easy and intuitive via the BIOS interface and USB) because some m.2 SSDs may not be recognized right away (this was the case for me with a PNY CS3030 SSD).
Very good motherboard, nothing to complain about.
I removed one star for the software support provided by MSI, which is ridiculously poor compared to the company's reputation as a hardware manufacturer.
The only compatible tool to control the motherboard (overclock, fan curves, lights...) is the "MSI Dragon Center", a software that doesn't work if it's not connected to the internet and has verified that it's up to date and that you can't prevent updates, which progressively become incompatible with your BIOS, forcing you to update the BIOS to have access to your motherboard's controls. An ergonomic nonsense! I'm not even mentioning the countless software bugs and crashes that contribute to the picture... These can go as far as endangering your hardware, for example by setting the speed of your fans to zero instead of the settings you entered, causing an almost immediate thermal shock to your hardware if you are not careful!
In short : hardware = 10/10 ; software = 0.25/10 !
Great motherboard, very complete! Great quality msi and reasonable price! The wifi works very well and the rgb with mysticism light is great! The dragon software takes care of the updates! I had hesitated with a b550 but the location of the antennas made me choose this one. If I had the budget I would have bought the same one but in a carbon version!
The chipset fan almost never goes off so it's quiet and I love the m2 ssd heatsink. I'm very happy with this card and would recommend it to anyone.
I received the product with the Ryzen 7 3800x, I installed everything correctly. However my computer does not turn on... Is it because I did not connect the extra 4 pins for the CPU (CPU PWR2)? Or is it because the product I received is defective?
I have ordered an extra power cable and will see...
I personally don't use WiFi so I have no interest in connecting these antennas and I didn't pick this motherboard for that reason. Firstly, I chose it for its price and secondly, for its various RAM compatibilities. The AM4 socket is obviously also a plus.
However, I don't know if it's just me, but there was no cable with it.
When I received this product I was proud!
THE PLUSES
The product presentation is perfect, the contents are well packaged, the accessories are sufficient (extension for led fan, 2 SATA cables), what is really well done is the thermal dissipator for SSD M.2 card and the small fan,
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a manual that explains the basics (the explanations are clear, but there are a lot of them, so you'll have to dig deep, it would have been better to have parts and an order of assembly), but it's not a good idea to have a manual that explains the basics.
The little extra that makes you happy is an MSI sticker in the shape of a coat of arms and labels to easily identify the cables,
I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do this, but I'm sure I'll be able to do it again and again.
THE -
According to me the small negative point, but which has all the same its importance:
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a big LED on the back of the card and a nice MSI logo on the back to show off your PC (I guess you'll have to go for a high end one), but it's a good idea to have a big LED on the back of the card.
CONCLUSION
For me very good product, beautiful and powerful, detailed manual but I advise nevertheless the beginners to go on YOUTUBE to look at a tutorial (example: to assemble its PC 2019 of Jeanbaptisteshow).
Having redone a setup for the ryzen 9 3900X, assembled entirely by myself, I went for this motherboard for several reasons:
1.Quality/ 2.Technology/ 3.Comfort of use
For the moment I have not been disappointed at all!
**1) The MSI quality
You can feel it right away when you open the box. It contains everything you need (connectors, screws, instructions, etc.). The motherboard itself is solid and of very good quality, and everything is easy to assemble (no hidden screws or difficult to access, everything is done with simplicity). The manual is only in English and is very clear, so even if you don't know the language very well, you'll be able to understand it, and if you need help, the support is there to help you, which is also very good: they answer you within 24 hours, and the explanations are very clear.
**2) The MSI technology
When you look at the motherboard's plug, you dream about it. But when you test it, you are not disappointed!
The audio quality is very good and the sound is amazing, the heatsink fan for the NVMe SSD is very quiet and does its job well (without the fans and with the case open, there is no noise), and overall, all the promises are kept in terms of performance and speed. On the other hand, the USB with BIOS flash button is very convenient to do a quick bios update without display.
As for the BIOS, it's a real pleasure to set up. Two modes: light and advanced. In both modes, you can easily navigate with the mouse and the keyboard. Both modes are easy to use and the advanced mode is very complete. We have the choice of language
**3) Comfort of use
The various software programs provided on the CD are very complete and offer real possibilities of parameterization. It's quick and easy to do, a big plus for the user experience
This product contains all the necessary specifications for overclocking and aesthetic configurations.
The multitude of USB and SATA connections, and 2 M.2 slots are very useful for VR and other uses.
The wi-fi is a plus that can be handy when moving the tower to the living room for VR.
Together with a 3900x this is a very powerful combo.
The motherboard has a great design, the WI-FI and Bluetooth antennas are a must, and there is nothing wrong with the connectors. The CPUFAN connector had a slightly bent pin that prevented it from being plugged in, but this was easily corrected.
I'm taking off one star because I couldn't install the fan for my CPU, namely an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Wraith Prism LED RGB (3.6 GHz / 4.4 GHz).
It is impossible to lock the ventirad. I don't know if the problem came from the card or the ventirad but the 2 will have the same remark.
The card is very nice and fits perfectly in my case. It is now in my Thermaltake 71GT case. The connectors are all over the place and clearly marked. The BIOS is very detailed, it will take me some time to go through it, but no matter, no problem to run my Ryzen 3700x. My hard drives were perfectly recognized and my system from my previous configuration booted without any problem. The wifi connection was easy thanks to the adjustable antennas. It remains to be seen how stable and long-lasting it is.
I wanted to buy an AMD 3700X CPU... so I had to change CM, having already had an MSI motherboard, I naturally turned to them again.
Always such good quality, and very good design for my tempered glass tower!
Motherboard bought for a new configuration in combination with a Ryzen 7 3700X.
I'm not using the PCIexpress 4 yet, but planning to upgrade the config in 2 years, I bet it will be useful at that time. (this is what made me choose the X570 chipset)
The X570's are quite expensive, I wasn't used to putting this price tag on motherboards before, however when you unpack it, you can see the build quality/finish of the product. When looking at other X570 motherboard models, I think this product is good value for money. The wifi is a plus.
The I/O shield is already installed and the connectors on this one seem to be of very good quality.
Finally, for those who like to have a disco/unicorn party in the PC, the RGB is there (can be disabled in the bios).
After a little more than a month of use, no problem, the PC runs perfectly.
A motherboard that exudes solidity, discreet and rather classy RGB, wi-fi and bluetooth what more could you ask for?
A cooling system for the ssd m.2 and a frozr fan that is really inaudible and that only turns when it really starts to heat up, the EZ debug LED function is really useful and allowed me to know directly where my boot problem came from (RAM badly engaged).
The BIOS is simple and rather intuitive to overclock its components and adjust the speed of the fans
The only downside for me is the Mystic light, I can't control the RGB but apart from that I'm fully satisfied with this card for the price which is really attractive, but for the moment it's all good!
I bought it in anticipation of a future Ryzen 3000, for the moment associated with a 2600x 16gb ram and a rtx 2060s I can't reproach it much, on the other hand I greatly appreciate the MSI promo which offers a "small" computer tool kit very practical, as well as a "Masterliquid ml240l rgb" watercooling from Cooler Master, I was able to switch from the ml120l (which I already had) to the ml240l for 0€ more :D
PS: Finally got rid of "MSI Gaming app / Command Center and other buggy apps.
I wouldn't put 10/10 because the wifi seems less powerful despite the 2 antennas than my "tp-link archer T2UH" but still works very well.
Otherwise LDLC always Nickel, well packed & fast!

Hello ! I bought this motherboard for my new Ryzen 7 3700X processor. This was the first time in my life that I installed a motherboard, or built a PC in general. The installation is very simple and fast. Thanks to the provided docs I managed to get through it quite easily. Well, what made the installation so easy was that I didn't have to flash the bios. The appearance of the motherboard is really nice, the only downside is that I find the LEDs far too superfluous. The only downside is that I find the LED's to be too superfluous, otherwise the Dragon Center software is quite easy to use and seems to be complete. I'm not a professional, so I can't say anything more. I hope I have helped you even though I am a total neophyte.
I use all the features of this card, and everything works perfectly.
I like the fact that the chipset fan is not blocked by the GPU like on most other x570 cards.
The only downside is that you can't fine-tune the operating curve, you can only choose between three rather timid auto modes and a manual mode with a fixed pitch in the bios.
I come back on my first opinion, as of today, the motherboard heats up a lot less, maybe due to the break-in (some software updates have been done since I own it) if I can say it like that lol XD
I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it for a long time.)

This motherboard (natively compatible with Ryzen 3000 series CPUs without BIOS flash) is well within the quality of what we expect from an MSI product.
The finish is good, the packaging is good, everything looks good. The card works very well and remains quite sober in the case. We particularly appreciate the radiators and the active cooling on the chipset as well as the rad provided to slide a M.2 SSD.
I chose this product for its quality / price ratio and the integrated wifi (which works very well, 2 antennas included in the box).
For the strong points :
- the flashless compatibility of the bios with the ryzen 3 cpu
- The active cooling of the chipset (quiet in addition)
- rad for M.2 SSDs
- The reinforced PCI-e slot for GPU
- Connections (sound, usb etc) well marked and referenced in the manual and printed on the card.
Weaknesses (nothing too serious) :
- The weak presence of LEDs on the card (only a strip on the side). But this can be an advantage for some people looking for sobriety.
- The absence of a BIOS error screen (replaced by a dual BIOS system for security).
In short, a good motherboard, good value for money, in line with MSI habits.
Positive points:
- PCIe 4.0
- Integrated Wi-Fi
- Integrated Bluetooth
- Tons of fan headers with control for 4-pin and 3-pin fans respectively
- Dual USB 3.0 front panels
- Good audio chip
- USB 3.2G2 type C
- Good placement of the RGB LED, which makes the card look sober and classy at the same time
- The fan on the bottom of the card is very quiet and it's better that way
- Includes an adapter to use LED tape, which is always nice
- The BIOS can be updated from a USB stick even if you don't have a CPU and that's great!
- Integrated M.2 SSD heat sink (top slot only)
- Includes stickers for easy labelling of SATA cables (I've seen it all before but I'll say it anyway)
- Many OC profiles can be saved
- 2 SATA cables and wifi antennas included
- The VRM is well ventilated and doesn't make any noise (make sure you have a good ventilation in your case because it still gets hot)
- The price!
Negative points :
- The M2 drive slot is only accessible by removing the graphics card (minor problem in my opinion)
- The systemfan connections are at the bottom of the card (minor problem in my opinion)
Conclusion :
A very good card, especially since I got it at a very good price
Many interesting and useful features, ALL the new technologies are present!
That said, it is preferable and advisable to have a good ventilation in your tower, do not hesitate to put triple fans in the front.
If you have a limited budget for an X570, this is the one to get!
With a Ryzen 7 3700X, Wifi, and the many ports, this motherboard offers a very good gaming experience, plus very easy to use with the different optimizations with the msi software. I'm a little apprehensive about the heat as they needed to put in a fan. This is a very good product that allows you to use the components to their maximum.
For gaming use with a Ryzen 3800X, this is a treat.
Everything is accessible via the bios, quite simple to use.
Nothing to add, the motherboard fan makes absolutely no noise despite the rumours.
I was looking for a CM with the new X570 to host the famous RYZEN 9 3900X. MSI is up to the task. This CM is not only beautiful, but also methodically well made and terribly functional and customisable. It's a gem. Plus: usb-c on the front (with a proper case of course!), WiFi & Bluetooth for the right accessories. The use of the config. is not gaming but video editing, I will be able to test my software using the multi-core without moderation as soon as the configuration is completed. The facilities to eventually OC the MSI CM will be a big plus, I don't doubt it for a moment.
Unlike the first versions of the Ryzen 1000 motherboards, here everything is under control! A bios that works from the very first boot with a multitude of options and settings: finally it is possible to install high frequency ram without it being problematic or impossible.
I've got 32GB of 3600mhz ram in case 16 (in xmp) with a 3700x, a m.2 pci ssd and some hdd and the cm is no problem.
The wifi works perfectly, it has nothing to do with the wifi keys I had in the past. The bluetooth (which also comes with it) is a nice bonus. The audio chip is good and feeds headphones or speakers correctly. A bit of a pity for the small integrated fan but at least we can take advantage of the new pcie 4 standard, which will delay its de facto obsolescence.
I love MSI but on this one, the X570 chipset heats up a lot (the little fan at the bottom (of all the CM x570s by the way) turns constantly and it's ... hot as hell) so I don't know what it's going to do over time, I hope that if the CM fails, it'll be before the end of the warranty knowing that I don't overclock manually speaking, I leave it to the official "Dragon Center" software ...
This is the only drawback of the new CM X570 (I think) !!! otherwise everything works fine, utilities etc... as usual, I hope there will be an update to avoid heating, then to see ...
Bought for my Ryzen 9 3900X the motherboard does its job well. I needed the wifi and bluetooth offered by the motherboard. The numerous usb ports are also very useful as well as the 6 SATA ports (my previous board was micro-ATX). It's a shame that the new chipset needs a fan and that the M2 SSDs get very hot. The card comes with two SATA cables, an MSI driver/software installation CD, two screws for the M2 SSDs and a complete installation guide.
