Ok a 1gb switch, small, neat, efficient.
BUT it doesn't match the photo in the article = OLD model, with LEDs on the front (which I would have liked), whereas the NEW DLINK (received) no longer has them!
Another drawback is that it can't be fixed, there are no holes for the screws underneath so it can be placed against a wall...

I'm very pleased with the quality of the product.
This little switch does its job, while being quite pretty. Only the power supply could use a little more care in its appearance. The data rates are good, even with several devices connected. Reliability seems to be good: I've been using several of these switches for a few years for work, and they don't show any signs of fatigue.

a tiny plastic box: this discreet switch does not look like much. But it works perfectly and keeps the announced speed (connection with Cat 5E or Cat 6 cables).
I installed 3 of them in the house, connected to the box, in order to have a Gigabit network in all the rooms. (Here, no Wifi, there are EHS people in the house, so all computers are wired in Ethernet)

You plug in, it "just works". Not much else to say. Small, compact, and light (very light). The plastic is a bit cheap, but at this price, not much to complain about.
After a month of use, I am very satisfied with this product. Easy to install and very compact, it does its job well.
Bought 2 switches to review the network at my home following the installation of fibre and the need to connect a TV box to the network. The quality-price ratio is almost unbeatable. I was expecting a lot better than my Netgear GS608 v3 (almost 10 years old, I think), given the presentation and the rave reviews about transfer speeds.
In the end, the data rates are slightly lower, at best comparable to my Netgear. My conclusion is that this is a standard switch that does the job well for a small price, I placed them where I need the lowest speed. They are certainly equivalent to the Netgear GS605/608. It remains to be seen how well they hold up over time.
It does what it is asked to do, quite simply, and at a very reasonable price, and there is still room for other materials.
I am very pleased with this product. It remains to be seen if it will last. In the meantime, all it needs is the right cable to power it from a USB port.
It is simple to install, small and easily hidden for use on a desk. Easy to set up.
Nothing to report so... will have to stretch to reach 100 characters...

Simple switches that do the job and reach the advertised gigabyte.
Used just to distribute the network of the box (in fiber) in the house (I do not like WiFi).
They even accept to use Jumbo Frame.

The switch has a nice design and works well. No installation difficulties, just plug it in and it works.
I have in my installation a first switch connected to my box at a distance of 50m to watch tv on the net and from there, 80m further, 2 ip 1080p surveillance cameras.
All installed in January 2020.
The 2 switches work perfectly in gigabit.

This very light Gigabit switch easily finds a place because of its small size.
I use it to redistribute the network to 4 computers in a central workspace, which allows me to reduce the number of cables that need to be run through the trunking.

I have a cable that goes from my box and then on my TV cabinet I stuck this switch with PATAFIX vertically on a wall of the cabinet! I have one cable for the TV box, one for the laptop, one for the TV, one for the printer. And it does the job perfectly! No clamping! I have the announced speed.
Super simple, nothing to do but plug in the cables of course. The model delivered is white, as on the picture. Small price, small size. For the moment it does its job perfectly. What more could you ask for?
I was looking for a switch to connect everything that doesn't have a Wifi card: TV, console, RaspberryPi, etc.
Glued under the TV cabinet, it does its job in all discretion.
Remarks:
Why continue to provide such large power supplies when a USB power supply could have been sufficient.
5 ports, that leaves little room for scalability.
A throughput test seems to show that my wired RPi has a lower throughput than my WiFi laptop, but that may be due to the RPi more than the switch...

The wired systems are and will remain indispensable. ( Security, speed, reliability ).
I bought this after setting up my nas to be able to watch movies on my TV and transfer large volumes. It takes up very little space and at a speed far above what I would expect. It's a great value for money.
This switch does its job without flinching, the flow is exactly as advertised. It is reliable, solid despite its many drops, compact, practical because the small LEDs allow you to see which device is working and any malfunctions. I have nothing to say about this excellent product, especially considering its very attractive price.
Ps: It's quite strange because I don't remember buying this switch at all, mine is white and seems to be a different model, although I arrived here from my personal space...

I bought 2 of these switches to extend my network, preferring wired to WIFI.
All I have to do is plug in the RJ45 cables and the power supply provided and it works perfectly and immediately at gigabit speed.
That's what you want from a switch, right? Well, this one does it very well!
The size and weight are a bit confusing when unpacked as it's so small. But it works perfectly. The side power connector is not very practical. Everything on the back would have been nicer, but that's really nitpicking.
I have upgraded my home to have a wired network everywhere and my box lacks RJ45...
I was a bit worried about the price, but in the end I'm very happy with it, it connects my TV, my rooms and my printer without any connection problems, or even slowdowns, and has been doing so for 9 months.

Same thing: green light = 1Gbps, orange light = 10/100Mbps
This product is not very bulky and is very satisfactory for the use we have for it. We were able to connect as many computers as we had outlets.
I was advised in shop by a salesman who was very good at meeting my needs within the given budget.

To put a switch between the FreeBox TV and the PLC.
It does the job perfectly by allowing all the boxes
PS4, TV, Laptop in Ethernet, WIFI repeater to connect to the other end of the apartment (30 meters of 1.5*3 cable).
Just disconnected the Ethernet part of the FreePlugs which
did not like a global resynch of the PLC.
What gives me now a homogeneity at the level
CPL ( 4 TP-Link ) and less desynchros.
Misses maybe 2/3 additional ports,
for the Ampli, the old PS3 etc...
But it is greediness.
Works perfectly, connection is super fast.
Small and doesn't take up much space.
Delivery was fast and well packed.
Price is right.
All in all, everything is perfect.

The case (white) is very compact and therefore discreet. Very easy to use, just plug it in (without making a bolt). It is quickly forgotten.

The power cable is a bit short. The power supply on the switch side is on the left side (and not behind), and relatively towards the front.
Not bigger than a pack of cigarettes but much less harmful!
It is discreet and does the job it is asked to do ... the mix between the 100 and the 1giga works very well for me but I avoid overloading the device in any case.
I was expecting something bigger, surprised by the size, very small, nothing to do with the picture. Received in white too. Very cool to have more RJ45 connection. I give a maximum of stars for a good product.

It is a great tool to get the most out of your computer.

I've been using it for a while now and I'm very happy with it.
Quickly up and running. Just plug it in and go. Its compactness is very appreciable. However, the flickering of the LEDs is a big problem if the installation is done in a bedroom. Sometimes it flashes so fast that it makes you dizzy. So see to camouflage this little box, considering its size it should not be a problem.
But the fact that the case is not black but white, ok. It's even better for me personally. But then why the power cable is not the same colour?
