A blue light emitting layer works in conjunction with an innovative Quantum dot layer to deliver excellent colour reproduction and deeper, more accurate black tones. Response times are as low as 0.03 ms, guaranteeing an incredible gaming experience. With this QD-OLED screen, get ready to rediscover the pleasure of gaming! These features will be a big help if you're a fan of fast-paced games such as fps, combat, racing, real-time strategy or sports. In fact, all these types of games require precise, fast movements as well as an ultra-fast refresh rate and response time to ensure you finish at the top of the leaderboard.
ClearMR 13000 and HDR True Black 400
ClearMR certification, defined by VESA, is a new certification for performance in terms of sharpness of moving images. The MPG 341CQPX QD-OLED screen has passed the demanding tests with flying colours and received ClearMR 13000 certification. The CMR range represents levels of blur performance based on the ratio of clear to blurred pixels. Unlike standard LCD panels, the QD-OLED panel can control each pixel independently, offering more intense black tones without backlight bleeding, a problem that often occurs with LCD panels. The MPG 341CQPX QD-OLED screen offers a high contrast ratio and is certified VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400. Thanks to independent pixel control, the MPG 341CQPX QD-OLED screen offers improved contrast and better colour display.
MSI OLED CARE 2.0
MSI takes care of your OLED screen with the exclusive OLED Care 2.0 technology, which offers three mechanisms to optimise the protection of OLED panels. The three mechanisms are pixel shift, panel protect and static screen detection. Version 2.0 of OLED Care offers advanced solutions for better protection and a greater reduction in burn-in problems.
Comprehensive connectivity
For extensive compatibility, the MSI MPG 341CQPX QD-OLED monitor has DisplayPort, HDMI and USB-C connectors. What's more, the USB Type-C port lets you charge your peripherals (up to 98 watts) and supports the video signal thanks to the DisplayPort Alt Mode function. By connecting your display and PC with the supplied USB cable, take advantage of multiple USB ports to connect all your peripherals and gain the ability to easily adjust display settings using your mouse.

The screen shuts down at least every 16 hours and it lasts for ages, it's a system to protect the oled panel. It's supposed to do this even in standby mode but no, you turn on your screen, launch a competitive game and you get banned or demoted because of this crap system that launches randomly and it's unstoppable and can't be deactivated. Frankly I'd rather have no guarantee than have this crap system, you don't even have the freedom to use the screen the way you want, it's shameful at this price. And of course it's marked nowhere before you buy it! And it's really hard to clean despite a clean micro fibre and a professional product. And to finish it's a glossy screen but with a sort of anti-reflection layer that causes blooming worse than on an ips or goes so even for that it looks like a fake oled frankly to flee.

perfect screen in all
I bought this screen because I wanted to upgrade to a larger screen than my old 27" IPS and I'm really not disappointed.
At first I was a bit worried about the green and pink lines due to the sub-pixels of the QD-Oled panels (Samsung Display), but it doesn't show at all.
The same goes for the Oled Care phases, which were a bit scary on other screens ->> screens that were unusable for 2 - 3 minutes every 2 - 3 hours. With this one, you can set the reminder every 16 hours and it will do this when the computer is switched off during the shutdown phase.
With an Nvidia card, you need to remember to activate G-Sync compatibility, as the screen is adaptive sync.

Beautiful monitor!
My first OLED monitor, after a very good VA quantum dot monitor. I leave it in HDR mode with HDR auto on Windows, it's very beautiful!
Reading the tests on the net, I was a bit worried about the legibility of the text as the panel still has the sub-pixel arrangement of the QD Oled gen 1. With the Windows type Clear set correctly, I don't notice any problems at 60cm from the screen.
You can also tell that the blacks lighten up on the QD-Oleds when you're in a bright room, and here again, I was very pleasantly surprised. Of course, when the sun hits the screen, the blacks take on a slight pinkish tinge and are not as black as the edge of the screen, but this is not shocking and the image remains perfectly clean and contrasted thanks to the good brightness of the panel. I don't miss the blacks of my old VA.
So the two main doubts I had when I switched to this QD-Oled were quickly swept away.
In terms of construction, the stand is solid and doesn't take up much space on the desk, which is nice. I do, however, regret the lack of cable management; a cable channel in the stand would have been cleaner than leaving bare cables hanging around the sockets. A plastic collar will roughly solve the problem.
The KVM function is effective, switching from my desktop PC to my Steamdeck with no problem.
A very big plus in passing is the ability to choose and assign the functions you want to the quick shortcuts on the control wheel!
The downside, however, is that the internal DAC, via the jack, emits constant parasitic noise whether connected to a loudspeaker or headphones.
Finally, there's one thing that surprised me: the 3440*1440 display doesn't cover the entire panel, which is actually to leave room for the Oled care to 'move' the screen by one pixel every 2-3 minutes. It's not disturbing.
All in all, a very good and beautiful monitor!

High-performance screen at a contained price
LDLC delivery service 5/5
Service communication 5/5
Product review 5/5
Promotional price 5/5
I was looking to replace 2 27" screens with one of sufficient size without finding myself with a TV on my desk.
I chose this model because of its different qualities.
21/09 format limits the tunnel effect of 32/9 screens
HDMI 2.1
240Hz
Qd-Oled to compensate for the lack of brightness of OLED screens (vs. IPS screens)
3440 X 1440 resolution for a 34-inch screen
the speed of oled 0.03ms
the results after a few hours:
Switching from IPS to Qd-OLED screens takes some getting used to.
In campaign-type games, the immersion is impressive, but in competitive games the image is too dynamic to facilitate frags, so you'll have to play with the modes.
The software protection system is a bit of a pain, but guarantees the life of your panel.
I don't regret my purchase.
Well done MSI

Perfect
For image quality, I invite you to read the various tests. The TFTCentral YouTube channel offers colour adjustments and an ICC profile.
I come from a 35" VA panel, so there's nothing to see in terms of quality :).
As far as OLED care is concerned, I don't have any problems with it running when the screen is idle, so it's transparent. I've changed it so that it only reminds me every 16 hours. I've never seen it before. You can check if it's been launched in the settings to be sure.
With an Nvidia card, adaptive sync works correctly by activating it on the screen and then in the Nvidia panel.
For me it's perfect :)
