Installing W11 on this NUC kit is almost easy: follow Microsoft's instructions to prepare a bootable USB key and off you go! But that's all stopped by a pale screen that demands a network connection... and the drivers aren't installed automatically!
It takes a fair bit of potholing in Intel.com to find the page: https://www.intel.fr/content/www/fr/fr/support/articles/000092599/intel-nuc.html which gives you the trick to finishing an installation without a network.
All that's left to do is retrieve the WiFi driver (using another computer), install it and you're in business.
