    Excellent server box, compact and powerful

    I use the ASRock DeskMeet X300 as a server, and I'm really impressed with its performance for the price! The case is compact, perfect for saving space while maintaining excellent value for money. It fits my server needs perfectly with solid hardware compatibility, and the cooling is efficient for the tasks I require of it. Assembly is fairly easy and well thought out, making installation quick even for those without much experience. Frankly, for the price, it's unbeatable!

    I enjoyed everything

    After upgrading my personal PC, I still had some parts to hand.
    Using a chassis fan or a 3.5" HDD removes a slot, so CG single slot required in this case.

    Watercooling? It's compatible, I didn't put the right CPU for it, it doesn't have integrated CG, but it's the same problem with slots. None of the slots are low-profile, hence the manufacturer's choice of an internal power supply I suppose.

    The fans supplied with the CPU aren't necessarily compatible because the rear mounting bracket is missing, and the screw width of the original bracket is much wider than the one already installed.

    An SFX power supply can be fitted; the one supplied is ATX with two HDD power supply connectors, an 8-pin CPU and an 8-pin PCIe. An SFX power supply saves approximately one centimetre in ventirad height.

    meets my needs

    perfect for my use. i don't play games and took it to update my old pc which wasn't compatible with Windows 11. moving from a sonata3 to this asrock saves me space. doesn't heat up, even without an extra fan. change of processor, but got the old memory and ssd disks back. i would have got my atx power supply back, but the cables were much longer, bad for cooling. everything was recognised directly in the bios and windows 11 installed without a problem.

    Simple & effective box

    Box with a large number of connectors (the most common): HDMI, DP, RJ45, USB 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1. 4 front USB ports. What's more, you can easily add an Asrock Wi-Fi/bluetooth kit, to be purchased separately.

    The Deskmeet worked directly with my Ryzen 5600G. It has a PCI express 3.0 slot on which I was able to put an RTX3060ti mini (asus). The graphics card only just fits (which gives you an idea of the size). The RAM is in standard ATX motherboard format.
