By offering high reliability and scalability, the N300 guarantees a workload factor of up to 180 TB/year, which is up to 3 times more than conventional desktop hard drives.
The use of very robust components is one of the reasons why the N300 series guarantees a higher durability than conventional hard drives. In addition, the automatic adjustment of the seek speed to reduce heat during any operation involving high temperatures further enhances the robustness of the device in demanding situations.

Perfect match for the Synology NAS server.
Practical if you want to make photos or videos available on all the media in the house (connected TV, Smartphone, Tablets and PC).
I'm starting with a 4TB drive. I'm sure I'll be able to expand it to 8TB or 12TB in the future via the second slot.

The disc is well protected, which is what I was looking for,
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one.
The professionalism of LDLC in its pro version is also valid for the private individual.
I was looking to increase the capacity of my NAS by having fast drives, these Toshiba seemed to tick all the boxes. Overall I'm not disappointed at all, they are indeed excellent, fast hard drives. We'll see about reliability over time but for the moment I'm very happy with them.
The only downside is that they are much louder than my previous drives (WD RED 5400 rpm), nothing crazy but you can clearly hear the NAS more. You don't get something for nothing.
The packaging is perfect, both from Toshiba and LDLC!
