It's simple, I switched from an AMD wraith stealth processor fan to this NOCTUA REDUX and I've gained 20 degrees. That's huge compared to before, when I was overheating, it could go up to 90 degrees in full game mode, and now it's 55-60 degrees max. I highly recommend this super super fan and it's super easy to install on an AMD motherboard, everything is supplied and explained in the box.
