    Excellent multi-purpose NAS

Very good NAS, a 10gb connection that goes up to 850Mb/s (tested with raid 0 ssd, provided of course that you have 10gb hardware on hand), and U2 ports that reach 3000Mb/s with my M2 drives via an adapter (no need to take the qda-ump, almost all M2 to U2 adapters work well).
I've installed the Qnap Hero system on SSDs before, otherwise it's a hassle.
I had previously installed on HDDs, and whether it was with an iSCSI LUN (random deco) or even booting (which was done in 15m), it was all trouble.
I've been using the Hero system on SSDs for a while now, and it's been very stable and I recommend it.
