The S300 drive is designed and tested to support up to 32 high-resolution cameras, and to work with your security camera systems. The 256 MB buffer and high transfer speeds meet the data monitoring demands of high-resolution camera streams. Toshiba Dynamic Cache Technology improves real-time drive performance by optimising cache allocation during the read/write cycle using an on-board cache algorithm and buffer management system.
Integrated VR sensors
Conventional hard disk drives without VR sensors can degrade the performance of a multi-bay system by generating harmful vibration. The S300 drive ensures high reliability by reducing vibration through control and sensor technology. Numerous sensors detect the slightest shock, and integrated RV sensors compensate for rotational vibration, limiting the risk of harmful vibration in multi-bay surveillance systems.
