Use this ICY BOX IB-174SSK-U mobile rack to quickly connect or disconnect a 3.5" SATA or SAS hard drive and a 2.5" SATA or SAS hard drive! It is compatible with all PC cases equipped with a standard 5.25" bay. The tray-less design and HotSwap make the exchange of hard drives faster and more convenient. In addition, this mobile rack offers you 2 USB 3.0 ports so that you can enjoy all your USB peripherals on your PC even more.
This mobile rack fits into a 5.25" rack. It offers you two additional hard disk spaces. Firstly a space for a 2.5" hard disk and secondly a space for a 3.5" hard disk. Both hard disks have their own connection and can operate independently of each other. Data transfer rates of up to 6 Gbit/s can be achieved by each of the drives. Both hard disk slots can be locked. The installation or exchange of the hard drives can be done very quickly and easily due to the tray-less design. Depending on your use, both hard drives can be switched on or off at the same time without making any major changes to your hardware. Finally, take advantage of two additional USB devices thanks to the two USB 3.0 Type A ports provided by this mobile rack.
