As a replacement for a LowCost switch. It allows to connect two NAS and a printer. Everything is now connected in 1000MB or 1GB.
The speed seems to be ok. So if you want a small and simple switch, this is a good product.
Does the job I ask it to do.
Everyone is connected to it, and the data arrives safely.
Seems to be resistant, no untimely heating for the moment.
The indicator light for each line is useful.
With Linksys, there are rarely any nasty surprises. I needed to replace my old 10/100 switch to speed up backups on the NAS and anticipate the switch from ADSL to fibre which will soon be available in my home.
I didn't need a level 2 or 3 switch, so it wasn't manageable, nor did I need POE. So this one does the job perfectly.
Having switched to Fibre I needed a quality switch (24/24 -7/7) with good bandwidth.
I am equipped with Cisco Systems switches which have always given me satisfaction, so I remained faithful to LinkSys (Cisco) products which are very reliable.
