Last price 126€95JetStream Layer 2 Managed Switch with 8 Gigabit ports with 2 SFP slots
The TP-LINK TL-SG3210 L2 JetStream Gigabit Managed Switch provides eight 10/100/1000 Mbps ports. The switch provides high performance, enterprise-class QoS, advanced security policies and advanced Layer 2 management features. In addition, the switch is equipped with 2 SFP combo slots, extending the flexibility of your network. This L2 JetStream Gigabit managed switch is cost-effective for small and medium-sized businesses.
The TL-SG3210 is equipped with robust security and management features. The IP-MAC-Port-VID's clustering and Access Control List (ACL) features protect against network storms, ARP and DoS attacks, etc. Quality of Service (QoS, L2 to L4) features provide enhanced traffic management capabilities that allow you to move your data more smoothly and quickly. In addition, Web-based management interfaces, along with command line (CLI), SNMP, and RMON capabilities, ensure faster installation and configuration and reduce network downtime. TP-LINK, for workgroups and departments requiring cost-effective Layer 2 switching and gigabit functionality.
Secure network
This range of TP-LINK JetStream3 switches offers IP-MAC-Port-VID grouping, port-based security, Storm control and DHCP snooping, which protect against network storms, ARP attacks and more. It incorporates some typical DoS attacks to select from. You can protect yourself from these attacks more easily than ever. In addition, the Access Control Lists (ACL, L2 to L4) feature conditions access to network resources by filtering packets based on source and target MAC addresses, IP address, TCP/UDP ports or VLAN IDs. The switch also supports 802.1X authentication, which is used in conjunction with a RADIUS server to retrieve some authentication information before allowing network access. Support for guest VLAN functionality to allow non-802.1X clients to access specific network resources.
Advanced QoS Features
The switch uses QoS-oriented policies to integrate voice, data and video services into a single network. The administrator can prioritise traffic by various means (by IP or MAC address, TCP or UDP port number, etc.) to ensure that voice and video applications always run smoothly and without interruption. The VLAN Voice function supported by the switch ensures smooth and uninterrupted operation of voice applications.
Extensive Layer 2 functionality.
For a broader scope of Layer 2 switches, the TL-SG3210 supports a comprehensive list of Layer 2 features, including 802.1Q tagging VLAN, Port Mirroring, STP/RSTP/MSTP, Link Aggregation Control Protocol and 802.3x flow control. In addition, the switch offers advanced features for network maintenance, such as Loop Back Detection, Cable Diagnostics and IGMP Snooping. IGMP snooping ensures that the switch intelligently redirects the multicast stream only to relevant subscribers, while IGMP throttling/filtering restricts subscribers to certain ports to prevent them from accessing an unauthorised multicast stream.
Enterprise-class management features
The TL-SG3210 is easy to use and manage. It supports a variety of standard management features such as an intuitive Web-based management interface (GUI) or the traditional command line interface (CLI). Administration-related traffic can be secured using SSL or SSH encryption. With SNMP (v1/2/3) and RMON, the switch can also provide valuable status information and send alerts on unusual events. In addition, with the built-in NDP/NTDP protocol, the switch more easily supports being managed by the controlling switch through the IP clustering function.
