I've been using the headset for a while now and I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to use it again.................................................. The second problem was the loss of sound in the headset, even at full volume, so I couldn't hear anything.
I'm not sure what to expect from this headset, but it's a disappointment.
I've been using these headphones for a month or more now and can't recommend them enough:
- The sound is good and you can hear the bass well
- The design is nice (note that the RGB is automatic and turns off when the microphone is turned off with the remote)
- It is suitable for mobile and PC, ... (the USB is only for backlighting)
- The jack splitter is included
- It is comfortable for a long time
- The microphone is quite correct (for Discord, etc.)
- It is recognized by Linux Mint
The only small drawback for me is that when I received it, the sound came out louder on one side than on the other (I don't know if my model was defective on this point),
but it's minimal, I just had to change the stereo settings in Linux.
Other than that I 100% recommend

Great birthday present for my son who really liked it. The backlight is very bright and the headphones are very sturdy. He is very happy with his new helmet!
Connectivity: Beware, the USB is only used to power the backlit logo of the headset (lit if the microphone button is pressed)! Including it as a criterion of connectivity of the product is therefore misleading because the sound output is only on the 3.5mm jack, as specified in the description that I found afterwards only, but not in the product data sheet. :-(
To use the microphone, you have to connect the splitter jack which gives one for the output (speaker) and another for the input (microphone). But this is on condition that you have both sockets on your PC, which is not common on a laptop for example and impossible on a smartphone.
Sound quality: surprisingly, the bass only comes out of the right speaker. This is quite disturbing for the listening comfort (tested on different PCs). Also they are not high from the start, you have to adjust that in Windows or the equalizer but it remains below what you can expect or what I know of the same brand.
Mic quality: not tested
Appearance: very nice headset, quality materials, smooth braided cord, backlit logo very aesthetic.
Comfort and ergonomics: comfortable canvas cushions. The adjustment height of the helmet is short compared to the average, too tight for me (head size 60cm) and tight on the sides. Only 10cm max between the top of the head and the top of the headphones. Soft microphone very convenient, good isolation of the headphones but again smaller than average to cover the ears completely.
Product ordered on the 23rd and received today, 30/07.
It was well packed and without any cracks.
I'm very pleased with the quality of the product, it's very good and I'm very pleased with the quality of the product.
I'm not sure if it's a good fit or not, but it's comfortable.
I've been using them for a while now, but I'm not sure if they're really good enough for me, and I'm not sure if they're good enough for me.
The only drawback is that when the rgb is on, the microphone must be on, otherwise the rgb is not there.
I recommend this product for its quality/price ratio!
The sound is impeccable, the leds very nice, the package arrived in good condition.
The only thing left to do is to see how long it lasts.
I'm very pleased with the quality of the product.
