Like many other reviews here and elsewhere on the net, the headphones started to crackle after a month. Too late for the 14 day cancellation period. I thought I'd be luckier and not get a faulty set. Well, I was wrong. Pass on this helmet. I'm starting the warranty procedure.
Very fast delivery, good quality product that I haven't found anywhere else, in short great work from LDLC.
Product received 2 days ago and what comfort, the weight is not even remarkable in itself having passed by a mmx300 from beyerdynamic I do not feel any difference on this point there if it is there height of the headset hoop not very convenient with small heads but nothing disturbing!
As far as the sound is concerned, and this is where it earns its stars, there's nothing to say that you won't be disappointed once you're on your ears, whether you're playing a game or listening to multimedia. The same goes for the microphone, which is just as effective!
I was worried about the reliability of the headset when I received it, but for the moment it's fine.
Notice of origin:
NOT RELIABLE.....
Super headset (sound, microphone, frequencies, etc., in fact everything that is said on the test and review sites is true and even better!), used for everything (long video sessions, teleworking, gaming, music) but which really doesn't last long.
Same problem as the previous model, less than 4 months after its first use: detachment of an internal membrane that snaps/crackles in the ear (right) .....
Well, back to LDLC, fortunately, the LDLC after-sales service has always been responsive, I'm going to call them right away (...don't make me change my mind :) )
at this price it's unacceptable!!! hence the very poor rating,
MAJ avis: bon ben le SAV LDLC.... je suis pour la première fois DECU (très) --> pas besoin d'acheter le pack confort! économisez vos 20euros les amis...
On the phone, the very polite LDLC gentleman tells me that the problem is known and that I should send the product back (with the return label) and that, in agreement with AUDEZE, it will be a standard exchange. In short, 3 weeks after the return: ZERO NEWS! I called LDLC who told me (still very politely) that the product was being analysed by the brand and that LDLC could do nothing and that in any case they did not have any in stock.
I paid and got nothing.
DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!!!!!
After 4 months of careful use, the left speaker started to crackle and a few days later stopped working.
For 400€ I strongly advise against this.
