The Fox Spirit DH7 headphones feature 50 mm drivers for improved sound reproduction. Deep bass and clear midrange/treble let you get the most out of your games and music. Virtual 7.1 surround sound (PC only) is ideal for getting to the heart of the action or spotting enemies easily in-game. The removable microphone is easy to take out (or put back in). The Fox Spirit DH7 gamer headset connects easily to your PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone or console via the 3.5 mm stereo jack. A "Y" adaptor cable lets you connect the headset to a headphone socket as well as a microphone socket. Finally, to enjoy virtual 7.1 surround sound, simply use the supplied USB sound card (PC compatible only). Honestly dope. Very solid, deep bass, small gap in one frequency but I wouldn't say. Unbeatable value for money I think, for gamers in any case. The mic that you can deplug ditto too cool. But above all the solidity... It looks indestructible compared to a Beyerdynamic (and I've had two of them...).
I bought these headphones to replace my G-Lab Thallium.
First impression: this helmet is clearly in a higher category.
The headband and brackets are made of metal, and it sits well in place without being too heavy.
The ear muffs are replaceable, and the microphone is detachable.
The cable is just long enough not to get in the way, without dangling.
Sound quality: I can hear the colours now... I was surprised to discover sounds in games I've been playing for several years.
Supplied with: a carrying case (o_o), spare cloth earpads (leatherette on the headset), spare microphone earpads, and a jack-USB3.0 adapter ... metal adapter.
All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.
These are no-frills headphones (no RGB, which is fine), and you can feel the quality when you use them.
