That's fine if you're not an audiophile.
Because yes: it's actually very expensive, and if you don't use the Game DAC, I wouldn't recommend it.
It is, however, SUPER comfortable.
But the sound quality is low/very average.
Very negative point:
The cable is proprietary
These headphones really do the job, despite a problem with sound equalisation on the first pair I exchanged.
I was looking for a headset with a headband that didn't make my head hurt, and I was happy with this one. The sound is excellent with both sound configurations, but the microphone degrades over time with cuts when you speak and random sound pick-up.
The level of finish is good, but the headset is too small and is painful to wear over time, I fell back on the G pro X (wireless) from Logitech which is a little more permissive but not adapted to my morphology either.

The helmet has a very nice design. The helmet is very light and comfortable.
The sound is good and it can be connected to a phone with a jack.
Very nice aesthetically, really very but very comfortable even after several hours.
I didn't really try to figure out how the led worked but it's fine the way it is for me without a setup. The remote control is very handy especially when playing and talking to other people.
You want a nice comfortable headset with very good sound quality? Get it!
Excellent headset, fits very well on the head without being too tight; pleasantly surprised by the sound quality of the USB, and the function of alternating directly by rocker between game and chat sound is not negligible in terms of making life easier.
I've been using these headphones for over a year now, and I still haven't found any negative points!
+ The headphones are extremely comfortable on the head, even for hours on end!
+ 2 channels of sound can be controlled by the control wheel, very practical!
+ The sound quality is very good, although the bass could be a bit better.
After that, it obviously has a price, but for a wired headset that you don't intend to move around too much (although you can carry it with a jack cable provided), it's surely the best at this price.
I take off half a star for the headphone connector which is sometimes annoying
