perfect installation
the iso iy-ac connector is great for a direct connection to my 2006 laguna and this little plug does the job well and is small enough to be installed anywhere. I recommend this kit to improve your audio system.

Great product, you can immediately see the difference in sound with the original car radio in my vehicle.
I would recommend it.
It hides perfectly behind the car radio and works very well for its small size.
Easy to connect using the ISO connector
easy to install with my original car radio (just add its "Focal PSA Y-ISO Harnes", if you have a Peugeot after 2017)
power gain coupled with "FOCAL INSIDE IS PSA 165".
I recommend it for sound buffs
the system was installed in a Peugeot expert from 2017 with door isolation
I bought this amplifier to install in a Toyota Auris 2017 with the original ToyotaTouch2Go and amplify the Focal IS TOY 165 speakers in the front and Focal IC TOY 165 in the rear. Good quality amplifier (Focal quality is always there). A clear improvement of the sound, gains of power and audio quality. In addition, you need to buy two cables: the Focal Toyota Y-ISO Harness (white and brown plugs) and FOCAL IMP EXT150 I/O (1M50). Installation is quick and easy.
Very compact for the power delivered ! I feed a kicker subwoofer and it is largely sufficient ...
In any case beware of the famous PLUG&play !!! It's not true, I had to buy a second iso focal vw adapter for my vehicle that I had to modify. It's a lot of connections and takes up a lot of space.
Very, very good product for the sound quality, but the adjustments are to be done absolutely before the installation because after impossible to reach the adjustment even visible amplifier. The settings are on the back, so against the wall on which was fixed the amp ... pity!!!
Focal provides an ISO IY-AC connector very well, unfortunately the ISO standard is disappearing in favour of the FAKRA standard. It is necessary to add an ISO/FAKRA adapter connector. It would be wise for Focal to give the choice between the ISO or FAKRA connector option
French product designed by the biggest French brand of HP.
Compact product and easily integrated into a car, not totally plug and play, for that you have to take the optional and add a hands free kit to adapt to your car.
The sound quality is very good and sufficient for an upgrade of the original system, with a change of speaker.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to change the speakers or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea to change the speakers.
Will not suit lovers of big bass and big power.
In any case the sound result of this amp will depend largely on the original audio source.
I recommend this product.
I bought this amp with the intention of improving the listening quality without having to pull a cable to the battery.
With the wiring kit nothing to say 100% plug-and-play the iso Y harness allowed me to plug the amp under the glove box (but for a class D it heats up a LOT "impossible to touch it after 2 hours of operation) as I plugged it just under the air conditioning inlet it helps to cool it down efficiently.
Other
problem is that I have 2 hertz 165.l5 burst kits (more or less 70 wrms under 4ohm) and the worry is that the sound arrives very quickly to saturation (even less clear than with my car radio)... I have to play a lot with the gain and the settings of the radio to have an acceptable sound "but not powerful" on the other hand if I connect only 1 burst kit the sound is a pure marvel "power and quality at the rdv compared to the origin 4x17wrms my radio" so for the moment I use only the burst kit of front as I rarely have passengers it's not very serious...
That's why I put the note of 2 stars because I can't connect my 2 kits because of the loss of power and listening quality ...
I bought this amp in order to improve my system without having to pull a cable to the battery.
The problem is that behind my car radio I already have a cable to get the steering wheel control and the reversing radar and that the connection cannot be made.
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea.
pity I will be satisfied with my current installation
