As one of the customers said, this removable drawer, which I ordered and received two of, has bad contacts and destroyed my PC! I had to buy another one! Fortunately I had made a backup of the system and data with ACRONIS 2020, with a boot on a USB key.

I reported this problem to LDLC's technical department, which... did not seem interested in my remark and did not make any proposal either to take back the product or to compensate me in any way. This is so astonishing and so unbusinesslike! However, this technical service is attentive enough to the customer's needs to advise him; I will therefore buy my next PC from them; but I am still very surprised and very disappointed!
I bought my PC with an Antec case and box, on which you could change the HDD at will when it was cold.
This one is well finished, but the drawer requires you to fix the HDD on it, it's well guided, but restrictive in my case, I was using the old one so much to change different HDDs according to use, photo, video, or backup.
=> null, blatant instability with the power port !???,
I'm going to ask for the return, so as not to mess up my disks:
ps: i tried this in two towers with two different pcs, and with 36 different configurations, and notably, with two very recent power supplies including a very very recent corsair power supply, bought from ldlc, previously ;(!
This drawer is used, for almost all these users, to change HDD or SSD (dedicated disks or different OS)
The problem is that one buys the chassis and the drawer each time!
The manufacturer should think about selling a version with 1 chassis and 2 drawers. Or sell drawers only!
Good product,
aluminium case and rack
it mounts without problem in a Corsair case
only small drawback,
The plastic opening system doesn't seem very resistant.
We'll see in the long run!
