The product is OK, but I had a problem with the Nvidia graphics card which stopped working after a month (invisible device for windows or linux). I had to battle with asus support (after being referred to them by ldlc support) to get them to understand the problem, and in the end I managed on my own, with the bios update solving the problem.
Nothing to say everything is perfect, I myself installed windows 10 pro.
The drivers are installed after that ;)
I wanted to install Debian 12 but the wi-fi wasn't recognised. I didn't insist and switched to Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
All's well.
The only slight downside concerns the keyboard. The silkscreens are pretty fancy and the backlight changes colour every second. I've turned off the backlighting. Strangely, this can't be done from the UEFI. You have to boot an OS (I've only tried Linux) and press the + keys.
That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars.
Bought to complement an Asus TUF i7, this PC gives me complete satisfaction.
Linux FEDORA installed (other versions didn't detect Wi-Fi), very nice ergonomics, efficient and easy to use for office, internet and even graphics use (but by connecting an external 4K screen);
The only drawback is that the screen isn't top-notch for photo editing, but for all other uses it's perfectly adequate.
A laptop that I can unreservedly recommend.
