Delivery the day after ordering, LDLC is always top notch.
As for the laptop, mine was about fifteen years old, so it's a bit like going from a 2CV to a Tesla...
In any case, installing W11 was no problem,
Used Ghelper to adjust the keyboard colour/brightness, great for working in the evening without getting in everyone's way.
I recommend it for its price/quietness and keyboard, for pure power not enough hindsight.

I am very disappointed because I did not see the information that the computer did not have an operating system, so I asked for the Windows 11 license, I was told the price was 150€. So the price of the PC + delivery costs + taxes (since I live in the DOM-TOM) I would have to pay 150€ on top of that?
I find the customer experience 0 because I have a computer that I received and that I unfortunately can't use for the moment!

I bought this laptop with a graphics card dedicated to games in case of video editing, if I want to play a little and to make my private office pc. the product is carefully packaged, and it is of very good quality with a shell more robust than a traditional pc. the large screen in 17 chips is perfect to watch movies in case. This 17 inch laptop is only a few millimetres longer and wider than my old 2017 MSI 15 inch laptop which could not accommodate win 11. on the other hand it is thinner due to the lack of an optical drive.
I added a 1TB Samsung SSD 980 to the free M2 slot for storage and easily installed win 11 on the original 512GB ssd supplied which also happens to be Samsung.
The removal of the cover to access the interior of the device must be done with care, it requires a small plastic instrument like a mediator to be able to remove the cover properly, note that the small screw at the bottom left does not remove completely.
