After having an excellent telephone contact in the shop to place the order, I ordered knowing that the product I was going to receive really corresponded to my needs.
Very fast delivery with no problems.
The product was as described by the seller and met my expectations.
I already own a few MSI products (monitors, cards, etc...) and have always been satisfied with their equipment.
I bought this laptop at the end of July and it works well for running games, but the battery has its limits and don't rely too much on this PC if you want to use it in portable mode, as the battery has very little autonomy. (The battery life is not indicated, but it's only 3 hours on a full charge while you're on YouTube). Otherwise, the intelligent ventilation system on the MSI centre is double or nothing: either the fans don't turn at all, or one of the 2 starts up and turns at 2,500 rpm, then stops and does it again. Fortunately, the battery charges very quickly, which makes up for its poor autonomy.
It's beautiful, it's powerful, but you'll have to keep its mains adapter.
The battery drains at breakneck speed when using the Internet. Even when switched off, the battery drains... 10 to 15% in 48 hours :-(
I don't know if it's the general quality of the slab on this model or if I've got it wrong, but the whites are yellowish and despite my efforts to set an ICC profile to correct the problem, it doesn't work.
=> Refund request and return.
It's a shame because this PC is light (2.2 kg) and powerful.
I think I'll spend a bit more money on a LED panel for the next one.
