Technical comment on the computer:
The computer seemed to be of good quality when I first looked at it, but a fan problem appeared when I switched it on. A hardware problem can unfortunately occur on any product.
Mandatory return.
PS: Quality of the plastic on the computer: your fingers will leave marks absolutely everywhere.
Comment on LDLC service :
The customer/seller exchanges are catastrophic. Apart from pointing out the waiting times and standard return rules, nothing is done to help the customer.
I chose LDLC thinking I could be sure of a quality of service that would reduce my professional impact in the event of a breakdown. Nothing has happened. I've been without a computer for 2 weeks now. The professional and personal impact has become dramatic. No consideration has been given to my needs.
I hope it's just a bad experience and an alignment of bad deadlines, but I don't believe it any more.
