For the HDfury X3, the functionality of the HDfury2 components has been retained, while the RGB and audio output has been completely reworked and improved. HDfury is now extremely proud to announce that the Left Shift problem in RGB mode is no more! The HDfury X3 allows users to move the image left/right at will using push buttons. The colour depth scaling function is now also user selectable (ON/OFF via DIP switch). The HDfury X3 also has 4 customisable EDID banks, two of which can be used to limit the output resolution to 1080i out of the box (again via DIP switches). A very useful feature for anyone with a display that supports 1080i but not 1080p, and with sources that don't offer manual adjustment of output resolution. Also included are two HDMI 1.3 inputs with Deep Color support and manual and automatic switching. Owners of RGB displays will also be pleased to know that H/V sync can now also be forced to positive or negative via a DIP switch. RGB pixelclock bandwidth is greatly improved with 225 MHz support (1080p/72 is now perfectly resolved)!
