Overview
AN EDID HDMI EMULATOR THAT CONTINUOUSLY TRANSMITS EDID SIGNALS WITHOUT INTERRUPTION
The LindyHDMI 2.0 EDID Emulator Adapter is designed for systems that require continuous EDID signals. It helps overcome EDID-related problems that arise when using AV/KVM extenders, switches and splitters. It can also be used in place of a monitor to avoid standby of server graphics cards or a PC for remote access via IP. With support for resolutions up to Ultra HD 4K 60Hz, including High-Dynamic Range and the ability to pass HDCP 2.2 content, the emulator is suitable for use with today's PC and AV applications. When used with the not included Lindy EDID/DDC emulator (32100), this compact device can provide cloned EDID/DDC information to your graphics card. It is also possible to use the emulator without screen cloning, as it has EDID data pre-selected for commonly used resolutions/frequencies.
