Impossible to display more than full HD definition (1920 x 1080). I've tried this with several computers, in both directions (dvi > hdmi and hmdi > dvi).
So the datasheet that says 2560 x 1600... not so good.
By switching to dvidvi (in dual link of course), I'm able to display in QHD (with this cable: https://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00225277.html?offerId=AR201702280270)
Thanks to LDLC who gave me a credit note on the article that I was able to keep.
