The Noctua NH-U9 DX-4677 heatsink features a larger contact area, tailor-made for LGA4677 platforms. Based on the proven NH-U9 heatsink and equipped with two Noctua NF-A9 92 mm fans, it combines high performance with excellent compatibility for 4U systems.
The airflow direction of the NH-U9 DX-4677 is perpendicular to the long axis of the LGA4677 socket, making it ideal for systems where the exhaust fans are in that direction. Complemented by the SecuFirm2 professional mounting system and pre-applied NT-H1 thermal compound, the NH-U9 DX-4677 forms a package for quietly and efficiently cooling LGA4677-based Xeon workstations and servers.

- Dedicated DX-4677 customised cooler for Intel's LGA4677 professional platform for 4th generation Xeon processors (Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze) and Xeon w9, w7, w5 and w3.
- 70 x 56mm copper contact surface specifically designed to fit the heat sink (IHS) format of processors dedicated to Intel socket LGA4677.
- Compatible with E1A, E1B and E1C frames.
- Compact format : With a thickness of just 95mm, the NH-U9 DX-4677 frees up 100% of the area dedicated to PCIe slots and does not encroach on the last PCIe x16 slot. With a height of just 125mm, it is also ideal for the most compact cases, as well as 4U format cases.

- The NH-U9 DX-4677 is equipped with two Noctua NF-A9 92mm fans in their 2500rpm version. HS-PWM (high-speed version). This dual fan configuration in push-pull mode delivers a remarkable level of performance given the compact size of the ventirad.
