Based on the proven NH-U14S heatsink and equipped with a Noctua NF-A15 PWM fan, it combines high performance with excellent compatibility. Complemented by the SecuFirm2 professional mounting system and pre-applied NT-H1 thermal compound, the NH-U14S DX-4677 forms a package for quietly and efficiently cooling LGA4677-based Xeon workstations and servers.
