The NAD C 3050 LE pays homage to the NAD 3030 amplifier, a classic from the 1970s. Clad in an open-grain walnut sleeve, it features a dark grey front panel with the original New Acoustic Dimension logo in its 1970s cursive font, two VU meters and push-button controls for source selection. On the back of the unit is an individually numbered plate with the amplifier's production number. Beneath its vintage exterior, the NAD C 3050 LE hides a modern amplifier capable of delivering 100W of continuous power and 135W of instantaneous power for outstanding music delivery. It is equipped with advanced features such as BluOS high-resolution multi-room music streaming, Dirac Live room correction and the proven NAD HybridDigital UcD amplifier design.
Audiophile construction
Equipped with the HybridDigital amplifier circuitry, the C 3050 LE can deliver 100W of continuous power and 135W of instantaneous power for effortless delivery of musical transients with virtually no noise or distortion. The result is a neutral, distortion-free sound, even at high listening levels.
The digital section is built around Texas Instruments' PCM5242 high-resolution differential digital-to-analog converter (DAC), a design renowned for its high tolerance to clock jitter and excellent dynamic performance. This high-performance DAC enables the C 3050 LE to reproduce all your digital sources with stunning musicality, stunning clarity and precise imaging.
For a world full of music
With a full range of digital and analogue inputs, the C 3050 LE can accommodate all your source components. Vinyl lovers will appreciate the ultra-low noise MM phono stage. For movie viewing, an HDMI eARC interface allows the C 3050 LE to serve as the hub of a two-channel home theatre setup. The C 3050 LE also featuresanalogue line level, coaxial digital and optical digital inputs.
In addition to two sets of speaker terminals, the C 3050 LE has a subwoofer output and a dedicated headphone amplifier. It also features two-way Bluetooth aptX HD technology, allowing you to stream music from a mobile device.
By connecting to your home network via Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet, the C 3050 LE 's MDC2 BluOS-D gives you access to almost all the music ever recorded with the award-winning BluOS multi-room music management system.The MDC2 BluOS-D supports Apple AirPlay 2, allowing you to stream audio to the C 3050 LE from an iPhone, iPad or Mac. Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect are also supported.
You can even control playback by voice using Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant or Apple Siri (via AirPlay 2). An infrared remote is also included.
