This tuner is unique in terms of the multitude of possible settings, for an irreproachable sound quality while remaining affordable. I have to say that this is my third R-S202D, the first one broke down in the first half hour (did not respond to the remote control) and was replaced by a new one. After 2 years of use the same failure occurred. Thinking that it was too expensive to repair I bought the present tuner. In the meantime I opened the broken unit, which started working normally again without any intervention. In fact there is a microprocessor that is blocked and prevents the remote control from working. But the unblocking of the microprocessor would be done by itself by cancelling the voltage, but the powerful capacitors make that the voltage takes days to fall again. This is good to know, because this problem is recurrent at Yamaha. (I have another Yamaha ampi-tuner where it was this time the remote control itself which was regularly blocked, it was necessary each time to remove and put back the batteries)
I only reproach the RS-202D a too long time to change radio station, the rest is excellent.
