The SonyECM-LV1 is a versatile lapel microphone with a wide range of uses. It works with a variety of electronic devices and its discreet design allows it to be positioned close to the speaker's mouth for optimal audio capture.

With the ECM-LV1, the positioning of the directional microphone no longer matters. The omni-directional microphone capsules at the heart of the ECM-LV1 provide clear, high-quality sound from any direction.
When used with the ECM-W2BT (sold separately), the ECM-LV1 microphone helps reduce stress during shooting. Combine the ECM-LV1 microphone with the ECM-W2BT and a camera compatible with a digital audio interface for stress-free recording without worrying about the distance or direction of the camera.
In addition to cameras and camcorders, the ECM-LV1 is compatible with many other electronic devices. It works with devices with an external microphone input such as PCs and digital voice recorders.
A clear design of simplicity and practicality
The flexible rotating clip allows the microphone to be attached at the desired angle. It can be attached horizontally (tie, lapel) or vertically (pocket).
Measuring 32 mm in length and 11 mm in diameter, the black ECM-LV1 is as sleek as it is mobile. It is designed to blend in with clothing so that it can be used in a variety of shooting situations.
The ECM-LV1comes with a windscreen designed to reduce the impact of wind noise and speaker breathing. The result is clear, stable sound even in windy conditions.
When used with equipment that has a mains power supply, the ECM-LV1 can be operated without a battery using power from the microphone socket.
