Very noisy and heats up quite a bit
As far as performance is concerned, nothing to complain about. The machine is strong enough to play the latest games in full. I've been using it for a while now, but it's still a great tool for me to use. I'm even doing VR with it and it's at the top of its game. I used to buy from MSI because in my experience the cooling is excellent, it doesn't heat up much and it's quite quiet when it's running at full speed. I'm extremely disappointed and regret my purchase compared to what I experienced on the previous ones. It heats up a lot. I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it for a long time. In games, the temperatures with the fan in turbo mode are so high that you can't even hear the sound of the game. We are hitting 95 degrees (CPU AND GPU). I'm really afraid that this machine is short-lived in the end. With such a high temperature over the long term, I think we're getting close to micro cracks and chip desoldering. I'm going to try to change the thermal paste for some excellent one hoping to gain at best 2-3 degrees. But I think it's a machine that I'm going to sell before it's 1 year old as a precaution.
