I was looking to upgrade my Denon HC/DVD amp to extend its use with streaming by looking for a quality DAC and get the most out of my speakers. I am not disappointed! An incredible clarity of sound, a detachment of the instruments and the voice which (re)makes discover the quality recordings restored in HD on the platforms of streaming (Tidal, Deezer,...). The interface of the app that serves as a remote control for the box is very intuitive and does not distort the navigation with the original streaming apps. To sum up, a safe investment for music lovers.

Perfect toolbox for my hi-fi system
To get rid of a chromecast audio (for spotify) + airport express (for airplay) + micromega DAC combo, I was looking for a single device able to do everything in one:
- get an optical output from a TV
- send sound in airplay AND bluetooth (useful when friends come and want to play their music)
- I was looking for a device that could do everything in one: get an optical output from a TV, send sound in airplay AND bluetooth (handy when friends come over and want to play their music), direct playback from spotify, Qobuz, and above all explore my network shares on my NAS.
Well it's perfect! I hesitated for a long time with other more "traditional" players (Denon, Yamaha...etc), but the regular updates, the number of configurable platforms and the reviews convinced me. I am not disappointed with my purchase.
No connection problems, my network CD-library scanned in 5 minutes, and displays the file quality in front of each title (CD, MP3, HighRes...)
The smartphone application is therefore quite well done.
I gained the possibility to program radio channels accessible from the touch panel.
The Spotify playback works impeccably well, and without any bug or interruption in 1 month of use, contrary to my experiences with Chromecast and Airport express...
For the pure audio part, I don't have a sharp enough ear to judge, but other websites do. In any case what I usually listen to comes out perfectly and more dynamically than before.
